Mandatory Unboxing Video

Whenever you receive an order from R3 Style Coach, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video from start to finish while opening the parcel.

This video must clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening

• The complete unboxing process

• The product received inside the package

Why the Video Is Important

The unboxing video acts as valid proof in case of any issues and helps us verify the concern quickly.

The video will be required for claims related to:

• Damaged product

• Missing item

• Wrong product received

Without a proper and complete unboxing video, claims may not be eligible for verification.
