Exchange Policy

Eligibility & Timeframe

We offer a no-questions-asked exchange policy for eligible products.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery

• The exchange can be made for the same product or another product of equal value

• If the selected product is of higher value, the price difference must be paid by the customer

Pickup & Charges

For exchanges:

• Pickup can be arranged from your address

• Pickup and courier charges will apply

• All exchange-related shipping charges must be borne by the customer

Terms & Conditions

To be eligible for exchange:

• The product must be unused

• All original tags and packaging must remain intact

Once a product has been exchanged, it will not be eligible for further return or exchange.
