Cancellation Time Limit

If you wish to cancel your order, a cancellation request must be sent via email to:

The request must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.

Eligibility for Cancellation

Orders will only be eligible for cancellation under the following conditions:

• Only orders cancelled within 2 hours of placement qualify for a full refund

• If the order has already been processed or is under dispatch, cancellation will not be allowed

• No cancellation requests will be accepted after 2 hours of placing the order

Refund Processing

Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

The amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
